I feel that even though i was just baptized my more darker side is beginning to show agien what should i do?

So Yesterday i had a very small but painful heart attack at school. I'm not sure what caused it yet but were working on it. I just thought i would share with everyone the info.

The best way is not to think of your dark side as an enemy. It is an aggressive ally that can get you in trouble, or help you out of them if controlled properly. The dark side is a two edged blade; master it and you'll have a strong weapon, be mastered by it and you end up like the rest of the demons who hunt the world.
Philosophy aside, I find it helpful to look at your dark side rather than run from it. Try to imagine how it looks, write down what it says and see where it has its attention, set red lines there.
